澳门王中王 secures two State titles while four 澳门王中王 students will represent Queensland at this month鈥檚 Australian Interschool Championships
澳门王中王 wins the Queensland Interschool Equestrian Dressage team title after competing against 172 other schools in the Queensland.
Four 澳门王中王 students will represent Queensland in show jumping and dressage at this month鈥檚 Australian interschool championships, to be held at the Sydney Olympic venue.
澳门王中王鈥檚 dressage team of Siena Peters, Aria Clunes, Kayla Moore, and Erin Johnston combined for the prestigious Queensland team title after stellar individual performances. Siena, Kayla, and Erin will also represent 澳门王中王 at the Australian Interschool Titles.
Harriet Smith,11, of Boonah, also finished on top of the podium after claiming the Queensland Primary 90cm Show jumping Championship.
澳门王中王 Principal Mr Geoff McLay praised the dedication of the College鈥檚 equestrian team members and supportive community including staff and parents.
鈥淪ince the College鈥檚 foundation years, 澳门王中王 has been renowned for nurturing and facilitating Queensland and Australian equestrian representatives, as well as providing a positive environment for the Olympic sport,鈥欌�� Mr McLay said.

In 澳门王中王鈥檚 Queensland Interschool Championship results:
*Harriet won the Queensland Primary 90cm Showjumping Title
*澳门王中王 (Erin, Siena, Kayla and Aria) win the Dressage Team Title
*Erin achieved second in Elementary Dressage and third in Medium Dressage Siena secured third in the Senior Preliminary Dressage
*Kayla finished fifth in Intermediate Preliminary Dressage
Harriet started at 澳门王中王 this year because she said the College would help her further her dream to represent Australia at the 2032 Olympics.
"I came to 澳门王中王 to further my equestrian dreams, and to be part of the College鈥檚 supportive team environment,鈥欌�� Harriet said.
Siena, who trains four days a week, was thrilled to be part of 澳门王中王鈥檚 Dressage team crowned Queensland champions.
"We couldn't believe we won the Queensland team title because there are bigger schools with more riders…even though it鈥檚 an individual sport, at 澳门王中王 we have a team mentality,鈥欌�� Siena said.
鈥淲e鈥檝e been training really hard so it鈥檚 rewarding to be a member of such a big achievement for our team.
